Perhaps one of the most exciting WFAN projects this fall is the creation, curation, and collaboration behind WFAN’s 2020 conference, Cultivating Bio(diversity): Seeding Our Stories, Growing Our Power, hosted online November 6th and 7th.

We invite you to reflect on the following words from one of our conference workshop presenters:

“We all experience and interact with agriculture and food systems in different ways and at different levels every day. As food systems practitioners, farmers, advocates and consumers how we interact with the food systems tells stories of privilege, oppression, comfort, struggle, passion and sadness. By further highlighting the voices of women of color as stakeholders in food and agriculture we build our collective power to advance equity and representation in our industry.”

We are so excited and grateful to offer an amazing line-up of workshops and virtual events during our conference this year, November 6th-November 7th, on the virtual platform, Whova.
