Hank Kohler’s Minnesota to Gulf of Mexico canoe expedition where he paddled the length of the Mississippi River has concluded. This trip was intended to raise awareness and fundraise for the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium’s Take CAARE (Conservation Action through Advocacy Research and Engagement) initiative to give back to the water that gave so much to Hank during his life.

There will be a reception on August 28, 2021 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm at Alluvial Brewery in Ames to hear Hank’s Mississippi stories, laugh and share some anxious moments on the river. Donations for a great cause will be accepted.
