Spirit of the Water 3rd Place Winner: Aidan Quinlan with “When Water Makes You Blue”

Aidan Quinlan, an 11th grader at Iowa Valley High School in Marengo, Iowa, won 3rd place in the Iowa Water Center’s 2022 annual essay contest— Spirit of the Water— with a creative work titled “When Water Makes You Blue.”
