Spirit of the Water 2nd Place Winner: Karli Roth with “Small Creatures of the Water”

Karli Roth, a homeschooled 9th grader from Earlham, Iowa, won 2nd place in the Iowa Water Center’s 2022 annual essay contest— Spirit of the Water— with a creative work titled “Small Creatures of the Water.”
